Breeder guarantees to replace kitten with kitten of equal quality in the event that a kitten dies of FIP within the first (1) year of life. This diagnosis must be confirmed by a board-certified veterinarian via post mortem necropsy report that included a confirmed identification of the kitten via its microchip number.

The buyer agrees that kitten will not be euthanized without first contacting the breeder.
- Kitten is never to receive the FELV vaccine. Rabies vaccine is strongly discouraged.
- Parents have been tested negative for HCM and PKD. Any kitten that passes due to a fatal genetic defect within 2 years of purchase will be replaced. - The breeder reserves the right to refuse sale at any time prior to the kitten going home. If this situation arises, the breeder will determine whether the situation warrants the deposit being refunded.
Picking up your kitten:
Kittens are available to go to their new homes at or after 12 weeks of age. A kitten has a lot to learn in a relatively short period of time before going home with you. During this time, your kitten will learn how to use a litter box, eat canned and dry food, learn how to play, learn some independence and learn how to bond to people. Sending a kitten to its new home prior to 12 weeks is not only doing the kitten an injustice but also to you as its new owner.
As the 12th week approaches, you will be given an appointment time to pick up your kitten. It is imperative that you bring a kitten carrier with you. It is not safe for you to take your kitten outside or in your car without being confined to a carrier. If no carrier is provided, I will have a cardboard box for a fee. You will need to fill out your microchip information while here. There is a fee of $17.50 for a lifetime registration payable with credit card on the website. Please bring your balance owed for the kitten in cash at time of pickup. I will have a copy of this contract to sign for both parties.
